Abode2 catches up with Fergus Humphries, Little Projects’ General Manager of Sales & Marketing of Australian property developer, Little Projects, to discuss how they are raising the bar in the competitive apartment market, delivering award-winning lifestyle developments across Australia and New Zealand.

In our most recent project, Hedgeley Malvern East, located in Melbourne’s south-east features a lush central atrium garden in keeping with the area’s leafy streetscapes, as well as a rooftop sanctuary and plush state-of-the-art cinema. In Auckland, New Zealand we recently commenced construction on Grace Victoria Quarter which provides an expansive Rooftop Retreat with an outdoor sky terrace set to deliver magnificent uninterrupted views of Auckland’s picturesque harbour.

Our newly completed Tip Top Brunswick East development won best residential development in Australia at the 2016 Asia Pacific Property Awards and best urban renewal development in Australia at the 2015 Urban Development Institute of Australia Awards.

This approach translates to our projects selling quickly off-the-plan and well-before completion, which has enabled us to successfully grow our portfolio. Today, we have successfully delivered over $1.5 billion in property development with a strong pipeline of more than 1,000 apartments launching soon.
