SCULPTURE. INSTALLATION. LAND ART
Rosie works in a site-responsive way sometimes transforming or enclosing space. She has many years of experience working independently with clients to try to make something a little bit different. She is passionate about green technology and uses green materials when possible. Some work made in woodland has promoted regeneration and biodiversity. Her work can be made for indoor domestic spaces as well as the atria of modern buildings, also for private gardens and outdoor space. Work can be permanent or temporary and may be on a scale to allow allow access to its interior.
Her work has been commissioned by private collectors and has been exhibited in many galleries and museums.
Exhibitions include: Serpentine Gallery, Chisenhale Gallery , The National Maritime Museum in the Queens House, and Nettie Horn Gallery, in London, and internationally , at the Arte Laguna Prize in the Arsenale in Venice , Prague Festival of Contemporary Art, Czech Republic. The Dostoyevsky Museum Russia, Museum of Contemporary Art, Barcelona, and Der Pfalzgalerie, Germany.
Most recently she completed a commission for the Woodland Trust, for the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Woods at Normanton le Heath, Leicestershire.
